I really dehydrate for contests! Between contests my weight is 130-135 lbs.

Training

Gym: 6 Days a week, twice per day.

Cardio: 6 Days a week, twice per day 30-45 min each.

HIT training (high in intensity training) works best for me.

Continental USA Championships

Looking great - and the judges obviously agreed - Dorothy won her class and overall at the Oct. 27th contest. The competition was strong - the other competitors all looked great. But Dorothy really stood out. Well defined, and looking, well, BUFF, she swept away her rivals and took home the first place trophy! Way to go Dorothy. See photos at the end of this page.

Very Happy news ! To all My Dear Friends, Fans & Members: On Oct.27 2007 I Won My Tall Figure Class and Overall!!!! At the 2nd Annuall NPC National Qualifier - open to all states!

NPC CONTINENTAL USA Championships in St.Charles , ILL.

I am qualified again to compete on National level in June ,Jr. Nationals in Chicago ! YEAH!

I am soo happy !!! The show was Outstanding !!!!!
